Berg launches glass bottle
Berg Water, one of Canada’s best known premium luxury waters, has launched a new presentation for its unique iceberg water. A new glass bottle has been in the works for the past twelve months and its design is intended for select fine dining establishments and hotels.
“Our customers have been asking us for glass for sometime now. We wanted to make sure that the glass design was as unique as the product itself. With the introduction of the glass bottle we will also be reducing our impact on the environment.” said Tony Kenny, President of Berg Water.
The glass presentation was essential in complementing the image of Berg as a high end product and offering the customer a selection when drinking Berg in a more upscale setting.
“We wanted to maintain our signature design by reinforcing our product’s image and content-an ice wrapper encasing pure, pristine water-while at the same time hinting to the coolness of the liquid by including the frosting of the bottle. We are very pleased with the results” said Gabriela Medellin, VP Sales & Marketing.
The new bottle is available in 750 ml. and will be in production by the end of May 2009. Berg Water is a division of 2001 Investments Ltd. located in Mt. Pearl, Newfoundland, Canada.
